Your personal data is provided to TPA and Prospective employers and clients of TPA only in connection with the Recruitment process. A copy of your cv may be retained by these employers and clients within their organisations, we not responsible for their use of your personal data in these circumstances. We do not sell or rent out our database of personal data. 4. How do we remove your name from the database ?

If you wish to remove your name from our database, you should fill in the form at http://www.tpa.co.uk/_content/contact.htm with your name, your Registration Number, e-mail address and the word 'unsubscribe' in the message and we can remove your information from our database.

In addition to above privacy issues we request

1. Any information you provide in fair, accurate and correct.

2. If you have received training, qualifications and authorisations such as certificates and registrations with professional bodies you should provide us with sight of evidence.

3) We Operate in the iT, Engineering, technical and construction sectors, employers that you potential matched to will be in these sectors. These matching services are provided free of charge to the candidate.
